Body Language - Speaking w/o Words

From the dawn of time up to the present there has been already a form of communication between humans. Probably there was just a short grunt for yes, and a long grunt for no. Usually, feelings and ideas were first expressed by body gestures. Pokes and jabs may have conveyed precise feelings. Today, we all use body lingo without realizing it. All these gestures come as natural as speech, and we all use them.

Oftentimes, we are busy and lazy to keep on talking that result to the use of body language instead of words. Can u remember how often do u use body language instead of words in your everyday life? We all knew that we say thousands of words a day, but we only speak half of them. The other half is said with your eyes, face, and arms. You smile here, a frown there, and a wave of the hand. They are all speaking for you. In this case the saying that says “actions speak louder than words” is true since it shows how you feel.
